SUN CITY "ALL AIRBORNE" FIESTA VIII , the Airborne Convention sponsored by the Roy Benavidez-Robert Patterson "All Airborne" Chapter, 82nd Airborne Division Association, of El Paso, Texas, originally scheduled for July 1- 5, 2020, has been:
Guests who previously registered for Fiesta VIII or who may have purchased advertising for "FIESTA VIII", are urged to review the below listed information:
HOTEL RESERVATIONS: NO Cancellation Fees will be charged but, any remaining reservations with the DOUBLETREE Hotel must be cancelled. Please call either: (800) 445-8667, or the local desk at (915) 532-8733.
TRAVEL: Those having made travel arrangement to El Paso for
2021 will be responsible for their personal cancellations.
REGISTRATION: Those having paid for registration will be personally contacted to make arrangement for a REFUND of any monies paid to be refunded to the original registrant.
DONORS: Any individual or organization having made donations,
(financial or in kind), may either:
- Allow the donation to remain with the El Paso Chapter for use in the 2021 rescheduled event or,
- Request the donation be returned.
ADVERTISERS: Any individual or organization who has paid for advertising in the “Fiesta VIII” Program may choose to either:
- Allow the El Paso Chapter to retain funds for full credit for advertising in the 2021 “Fiesta VIII” Program or,
- Request that those funds be returned to the original advertiser.
